Pink dip dye

I guess this is not new to most people, but yesterday I dip-dyed my hair PINK!!! :)

Was excited and scared for how it'll turn out cos I wasn't sure if it was gonna be successful.

Fortunately,I always had healthy hair and smooth hair. I've never had split ends and I stopped using conditioner since beginning of last year. Basically, my hair doesn't get dry.

So, why not do something drastic and 'test' my hair. Since pink is my fav colour, why not dip-dye that!

Groupon finally answered my prayers one day with a 'Hair colour+ treatment+ cut' deal for a discounted price. Why miss the opportunity?

Just do it.

I was told my hair needed to be bleached 3 times, and this is how I look after the 2nd bleach..

Kinda was liking this whole ombre look. I was tempted to stop there but it's kinda common anyway.

After 3rd bleach..

The hairdresser wanted to bleach a FOURTH time but my hair was extremely stiff and dry so she started with the pink dye.

5 hours at the salon.

3 bleaches.

A nap (yes I took a nap while I was getting my hair done).

$65.

Ta dahhhhhhhh.. Success. Got 'Katy Perry pink' dip-dye.

I'm lovin' the look, just hope the colour stays this way/won't fade too much. I know the pink will be lighter after a few washes.

Love the change. Something different is good cos I love different.

Another hectic week ahead. I've got 12 hours of work tomorrow and I'm quite excited!
