A couple of weeks ago, my dad celebrated his 55th birthday which happened to be a day after Singapore's 48th national day. He was trying to relive our family trip dining experience in Segovia (Spain) where we tried the authentic Spanish suckling pig dinner.
Vivocity has this amazing restaurant called Serenity and we decided to give it a try.

Sangria wasn't great, making your own homemade Sangria would be better.
Pulpo a la Gallega
Esparragos a la Plancha con jamon iberico
The platter was absolutely delicious and very much comparable to the one we had in Spain! I love the crispy skin and the pork was just so juicy and tender. Will definitely come back again if an occasion calls for it!
After a jug of Sangria, tapas and the platter of suckling pig, we were satisfied with this sumptuous meal. It was such a great way to celebrate Dad's birthday. If you've been to Spain before and miss the food there terribly, this would be the place to dine at! They have quite a wide selection to choose from their tapas menu, you can check out their website to have a look at their full menu.
