My surprise farewell party :')

A couple of weeks ago, Char called me to ask if we could have a fancy dinner with Rachel before I leave. She wanted to dress up and also that was when her exams end. Venue was decided at Chijmes at City Hall. Totally did not suspect anything even when they arrived in the exact same colour outfit (Rachel told me the day before that she was gonna wear a 'leopard shift dress' when I asked her).

Walked to Hog's Breath and was led to a room with closed doors. I was like "... Wait a minute, how come there's another room...." and then,

SURPRISEEEE!!! PINK EVERYWHERE (Very good job with the balloon decorations) and everyone was there awwww :'). Jane shouted "happy birthday!" which got me confused for a second.

Had to wear a crown and sash. True princess.

I had a bimbo cake, totally did not see this coming. The strap broke off, unfortunately, but the cake still looks so pretty. Thanks Rachel's friend for baking it :)!

Food at Hog's Breath was delicious, definitely going back there one day! and I love all my friends, makes me so sad when I think about leaving because there are so many friendships here which I cherish :(

Met Derrick and Fenni on Wednesday. The plan was to go to a food centre along Beach Road then go Arab street. Derrick said "Let's eat lunch at this food called D&F eatery, the tiramisu is DAMN GOOD". I was like.. "there's tiramisu at a food centre? OKAY!" (photos grabbed from Derrick's and Fenni's instagram)

Did not question his big paper bag when I met him at the MRT, and when we were about to buy food, he pulled out containers of food and a box of chocs. He woke up early to cook lunch for the 3 of us AWWWW :'). (If you haven't already figured out, D&F stands for Derrick and Fenni. I can't believe I believed his words). Reminds me so much of JC days where we eat his homecooked food at school hahaha, even outside the staffroom before consultations. And it turns out the tiramisu was baked by Fenni. Lunch and dessert were SO GOOD I loved it so much!! Thankyou.
