We decided to catch a live performance by Shirlyn and the UnXpected last weekend and it just so happened that it was their 10th anniversary. Congratulations to them, but I honestly wasn't very thrilled cos the place was extremely packed and I hate to jostle my way through crowds. Moreover, Wala has this ridiculous system that even if you already have friends at a table waiting for you upstairs, you still have to join the queue along with other groups which don't have a table yet. That's just so lame! It just made my bad day worse. PLUS, I found out that I missed out on Shirlyn singing 'I wish I was a punk rocker' so I was totally bummed. Here's my long awaited Long Island Ice Tea.. It was so good!
Great band, great music, great company. I almost forgot all the troubles I had. Almost.
