Pretty lights in London

Christmas is coming, and because of the culture here, nothing would make you forget that. Extravagant christmas lights in various areas of London, stunning themed window displays in the spirit of xmas and pretty gifted candy sold when you're food shopping. Also, you can't forget those big Debenhams or Coca cola xmas TV ads which air during the most-watched time of the day.

I love the Christmas spirit in London, it's a shame I don't get to spend it with my family here this year. I'm going to get myself my first ever Advent Calendar at Tesco. According to a local, a Cadbury one wouldn't disappoint ;)

Took the buses with Ruchika specially to visit Harrods yesterday. I squealed a bit too much when it first came to sight. Couldn't help it, IT WAS AMAZING. I guess because it gets so dark so early over here (Thank You, winter), my deprivation of light makes me go a little wild when I see it. The disney themed window displays were my favourite as well. True disney fan over here whaddupppp. Used to get hooked onto the Disney Channel for hours.

Love that Harrods was spacious and each section looked ready to pamper you immediately. My favourite sections was the cosmetics and perfumery. Fell in love again with Viktor & Rolf's Flowerbomb. The scent is really strong and lasts forever on you so that's a great selling point.

Harvey Nichols was... meh. It was nothing compared to Harrods. It was cram and the only thing I enjoyed was being sprayed with YSL's new fragrance Manifesto by some sales assistant who was too generous to accept a 'No, thank you.'

Me. Love. London.
